Day 1

Welcome To Prague

- Arrive at Václav Havel Airport Prague
- Be greeted at the airport by your private driver and transported to your accommodation in Prague.
- Check into your hotel or accommodation.
- Wander the streets through Old Town and New Town, discovering the centuries building, underground pubs, Jewish Quarters and expansive plazas.
- If you are interested in a guided tour of some of these locations, we offer daily tours so that you can learn about the history you are lucky enough to be walking past.
- Enjoy a dinner at one of the top rated Czech restaurants in Prague.

Day 2

Classic Prague with a Local

- Your local guide will be waiting for you at the entrance to your hotel or accommodation.
- Get to know your local guide on board Tram 41, a historical tram dating back 100 years. The decorative carriage and bright red color make for a stylish ride as you pass some of the most iconic sights in Prague.
- Follow your local guide as s/he takes you through a classical Czech neighborhood, off the beaten path and away from the tourists to show you something unique about Prague that you can’t find in any tour book.
- Enjoy lunch at your local guide’s favorite neighborhood restaurant, full of flavor, empty of tourists.
- Tasting (beer or wine). What’s a trip to the Czech Republic without indulging in a Czech Pilsner or a Moravian white wine? Stop off at a local pivovar or vinara to try some of the local drinks.
- Highlight of the tour: drop by the house of a local citizen and spend some time learning about life during the communist regime. You’ll be able to ask any questions you might have about how it was to life, work and raise a family during this time period.
- Drop-off at your hotel or accommodation with recommendations for dinner.

Day 3

Karlštejn Castle

- Get picked up at your hotel by your local guide and driver
- Leaving the city behind you, you’ll pass small villages and farmland on the hour or so journey to Karlštejn. Along the way, your guide will recount the broad and long history of the Czech Republic from over 1000 years ago till current times.
- Upon arrival to the town of Karlštejn, you will walk the main road through town, stopping to taste a delicious Czech pastry from the famous local bakery.
- At the castle, you will be escorted on an exciting tour in which the guided will narrate the history of the construction of the castle and all of the priceless artifacts which were once held there, including the crowned jewels of the HOly Roman Emperor..
- You will also learn some of the ghostly and spooky stories about some past inhabitants who committed some horrendous crimes and now haunt the castle and surrounding areas, according to local legend.
- Enjoy a traditional Czech lunch at our favorite restaurant in town with some of the most delicious dumplings and sauerkraut.
- Before you leave, stop to try some of the lovely black soft serve ice cream and be pleasantly surprised by the flavor ;)
- Sit back and relax after the day and take in the scenes out your window as you head further south to Český Krumlov.
- Arrive to Český Krumlov, check in and enjoy a night wandering the narrow and twisting streets of this magical fairy tale land.

Day 4

Český Krumlov

- Get picked up at your hotel by your guide.
- Go on a walking tour of the 13th century castle that sits high above the city, seeming to have grown out of the rocks on which it stands.
- If you dare, climb the castle's tower to get an even more impressive view of the whole entire town.
- Take some time to enjoy lunch overlooking the river and watching the rafters as they sail past, down the lazy river.
- Return journey to Prague, including a stop in Pisek, a traditional old town where there is stone bridge even older than the Charles Bridge.

Day 5

Enjoy It to the Max!

- If time permits, take the morning or the day to further explore the ins and outs of Prague. Bask in the beautiful architecture, relish in a final pastry from the local shop, appreciate one more cold Pilsner.
- If you need help, check out some of the other tours we offer to make your last day unforgettable.
- Pick up from your hotel and transportation to the airport.
