Breathtaking Prague Trip
If you are looking for a place that is both bubbling with life, yet tranquil and easy to manage, then you must visit Prague. Prague's city center and surrounding neighborhoods offer all of this - peace and excitement all at once. The narrow, winding lanes in the city center give the impression of a small city or town, yet there are busy squares and plazas and the restaurants are always full.
Experience it all with private transfers to and from the airport (or train/bus station) and your 4-star hotel in the center of Prague. During your 4-day tour indulge in 3 incredible breakfasts at the hotel, plus one traditional lunch, one delectable dinner, a wine or beer tasting, and a coffee and pastry snack break.

Day 1
Welcome To Prague
-
- Arrive at Václav Havel Airport Prague
- Be greeted at the airport by your private driver and transported to your accommodation in Prague.
- Depending on when you reach the city (less than 30 minutes from the airport), you can check into your accommodation and then check out all of the wondrous sites in Prague.
- If you arrive early in the day, you’ll have time to take your Old Town to Prague Castle Tour (the most famous tour in Prague) which is included of course.
- If you arrive a bit too late you can take that tour on the third or fourth day of your trip. So go explore some of the smaller cobblestone streets in New Town Square and Old Town, have a drink in the main square as you watch the astrological clock.
- Or check out some of our other daily tours, available upon request.
- Take a break during the afternoon for a stop at one of the oldest and longest running cafes in Prague, which represents the pinnacle of Prague's society. Enjoy a delicious coffee of your choosing and a local pastry.
- A dinner reservation will be made in your name at one of the top Czech restaurants so that you can experience true Czech cuisine.
Day 2
Classic Prague with a Local
-
- Your local guide will be waiting for you at the entrance to your hotel or accommodation.
- Get to know your local guide on board Tram 41 (in season), a historical tram dating back 100 years. The decorative carriage and bright red color make for a stylish ride as you pass some of the most iconic sights in Prague.
- Follow your local guide as s/he takes you through a classical Prague neighborhood, off the beaten path and away from the tourists to show you something unique about Prague that you can’t find in any tour book.
- Enjoy lunch at your local guide’s favorite neighborhood restaurant, full of flavor, empty of tourists.
- Tasting (beer or wine). What’s a trip to the Czech Republic without indulging in a Czech Pilsner or a Moravian white wine? Stop off at a local pivovar or vinara to try some of the local drinks.
- Highlight of the tour: drop by the house of a local citizen and spend some time learning about life during the communist regime. You’ll be able to ask any questions you might have about how it was to life, work and raise a family during this time period.
- Drop-off at your hotel or accommodation with recommendations for dinner.
Day 3
Sneak out of Prague for a day
-
- Take advantage of your free day and set out for some place new that you heard about the day before from your local guide, or something that sparked your interest even before coming to Prague.
- Allow us to make some suggestions if you are looking for another great tour or experience. We have traditional, historical tours of various parts of the city, food related tours, active tours on bike or running. Let us know what you’re looking for and we can arrange it. If you would like a day trip from Prague, consider Kutna Hora, Karlštejn or Pilsen.
- For theater lovers, we can arrange an incredible night at the theater with or without dinner at a first class restaurant first.
Day 4
Enjoy it to the Max!
-
- Take time your last day to enjoy one last stroll down a small lane, between houses sporting flower pots on the windows.
- Visit a new cafe for a typical Czech cake or sweet bread and coffee. If you have time for one last tour, consider joining one of the half day tours in boat, by foot or by bus.
- Pick-up from your hotel or accommodation and transportation to the airport.

Robin
We were really impressed with this new concept about meeting a local person and my partner and I are really glad we tried it out. This tour was really different to other tours we'd had before. We got to meet local people and feel like we were part of something more than just a tourist from another place. We met a lovely old woman who had lived through the communist regime and had a lot to share about what life was like then. I'm very grateful for her stories. The rest of our tour was great, we had everything we needed (hotel and lots of meals) , plus lots of free time to explore Prague on our own, which was great because Prague is great for that - just going out and getting lost. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants something more than the normal tour.
